Shipping & Returns
We understand that getting your kava quickly and safely is important to you, so we make every effort to package each order carefully and ship it out within 2-3 business days.
All domestic and international leave via U.S.P.S, unless indicated otherwise and you can expect your Paradise Kava order within 5-7 business days after it leaves our facility.
International customers may have to wait upto three weeks in some countries. Sorry there is no tracking for international orders.
If you don't love our Kava Products, we'll take them back.
We strive to exceed your expectations with every Kava product you receive and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused products for a replacement or refund of the product price within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions:
If opened, Kava Powders and Extracts must be returned with at least 50% of their content unused.
Fresh Frozen Kava is a perishable item and can be shipped back overnight or 2 day air to be considered an acceptable return item.
Wood Bowls must be returned in original condition and without any contact with water or a liquid.
Shipping charges to and from are non-refundable.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. ONCE WE KNOW YOU'RE SENDING SOMETHING WE NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR, NEVER SEND A PACKAGE WITHOUT TRACKING.

Paradise Kava is not responsible for restrictions regarding kava in your country. We will ship it at your request but cannot assume liability for customs charges, fees, duties and taxes in your country. Please email us before ordering if you have never received kava in your country. There is no tracking information for international orders.
